Sometimes students are not able to attend a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Quite a lot of planning goes into teaching and facilitating workshops. I not only have local instructors, but also instructors that travel from out of town. I am always available for a conversation related to what ever problem arrises.

If you withdraw from a workshop 45 days or more before start date, you will receive your deposit minus $50.00. If you paid in full for the workshop, you will receive total fee minus $50.00 of the workshop deposit. 

If you withdraw from a workshop within 45 days of the start date, you will receive your paid amount minus $100.00..IF I CAN FILL YOUR SPOT. If I can’t fill your spot, 1/2 of the workshop fee will be refunded. I will make every effort to fill the open spot.

COVID CANCELATIONS:

If a student comes down with covid, you will receive 100% of your fee (with a Dr’s note please) If a student cancels due to not wanting to take due to pandemic, or have been exposed to covid, and I can fill the spot, the student will receive payment minus $50.00. If I can’t fill your spot, you will receive 1/2 payment made.
